Big Room: 2hr Weekday Reservation

Service Description

This program is designed to help enrich and grow the artistic community of the Los Angeles area. We are so excited to offer the most affordable opportunity in studio rental. We ask that because it is so affordable that you please respect your reservation time, the reservation times of others, and the shared studio space. We will be able to keep this affordable price as long as you play your part. Please keep these house rules/expectations in check - Clients may book up to three sessions at once any extra dates scheduled will be automatically deleted. - Sessions MAY be scheduled back to back for extended time - NO EVENTS: Events are characterized by having large amounts of guests (Over 25, unless discussed with staff), vendors, need for extra staff, need for extra cleaning. - Times are not guaranteed unless they are in the books aka don't guarantee you have a weekly rental time to customers without knowing someone might grab your time expected time slot. If you would like to have a set schedule guaranteed monthly then we can work that out but it would not be this plan. - PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR PLAN The name on the Unlimited Plan is THE RENTER, anyone that comes with them is their guest. All responsibility for the studio falls on them and they NEED TO BE AT ALL reservations, dancing or not. NO EXCEPTIONS - DO NOT SHARE KEYLESS ENTRY CODE - RESPECT THE RESERVATION TIME 2PM - 4PM is really 2PM - 3:55PM so that you can respect the next group. Everyone is OFF the floor by the end. - PICK UP AFTER YOURSELF trash, waterbottles, clothing, EVERYTHING - SWEEP Its cheap so we don't have to have anyone on staff cleaning up after you. - LOBBY IS AVAILABLE DURING RESERVATION ONLY Please dont have meetings, hang out, play etc. after your reservation in the lobby or kitchen area. We want to respect the space of those who reserved next. - SHUT DOWN AND LOCK UP If you're the last person in the building, even if you think there is someone after you, it is your responsibility to shut down (lights, sound system, AC) and lock/close up (door & gate) ANY BROKEN RULES MAY BE SUBJECT TO A FEE OF $20 OR TERMINATION OF RENTAL ACCOUNT. Its these strict rules on time, cleanliness, and building that will allow us to not need to hire extra staff and keep you saving hundreds-thousands of dollars for your artistic growth.
