UNLIMITED WEEKDAY RESERVATIONS
8 SPOTS AVAILABLE
*ONLY looking for chill, trustable, responsible subscribers who are flexible and patient with a working nonprofit. This is great for creatives who need their own space often but are better with pop-up times rather than a set schedule. Creatives who understand booking only 3 hrs in the main room already makes it worth the monthly price.

Use it for:
- morning stretches
- rehearsals
- pop-up classes
- small sessions
- photo/video shoots
- private lessons
- group meetings

Current renters:
1. Uses in the morning to workout, train & for private classes
2. Comes in for private lessons, sessions, & occasionally 3am creativity spurts
3. Holds a weekly class, left for awhile and is now back
4. Holds weekly training sessions but has another option if the time is unavailable
5. Hosts a monthly session

Renters that didnt work out:
1. Reserved a lot and started to get comfortable/entitled. Talked inappropriately around our students. And expected luxury treatment and were disrespectful when they didn't receive it. We chose to cancel them.
2. Big group that needed a set time for their growing organization. They chose to cancel, and we're hyped to see their growth

Specifics:
- $120 per month
- minimum of 3 month commitment (cancelation upon request after)
- Unlimited reservations but can only have 3 on the calender at 1 time
- Subscriber must be present for reservation, cannot share entry info
- Subscriber is in charge of entry, set up, clean up, and lock up
- staff is usually not present
- No events
- ~25 people max
- reservation for 1 room at a time
- can do back to back reservations
- 2 rooms available (1000sqft & 400sqft)
- blackout times: 4-8pm (not always but usually)
- no weekend availability
- Normal hourly price is $40ph and $20ph
- you use something? Cool, put ot back after
- you break something? Cool, let us know and replace it?
- Mornings/days are currently super available
- Be flexible and patient with our students they come first to us
