About the event
Please have students arriving at the venue at 4pm. This year we would like to run the pieces on the stage before the show but also do it with the intension of getting good up close video footage to interlace it with the live performance to make sure every child is seen and their art is captured in the best way.
Minis can arrive at show time because we understand we may only get that one shot with them :)
4-4:30pm: Kids/Teens arrival
5:30pm: Doors open to friends and family
6pm: Show starts
